Years back, Paul had incorrectly described an item I bought, and once I told him what he sent was not what I had bought and he described, he made it right. No doubt this is very rare, but sometimes the most informative feedback comes from how a business handles something that went wrong. Mistakes happen and people are human, but this speaks to the character of the man, and Paul's a good man.
