    Hi,
    He is Claud Choules, Chuckles to his mates, he joind the british navy at 15yrs old, went to Aus in 1920 with the navy and stayed there, he left the services in 1956. What a great life to lead,
    Now gone into history with all his mates R.I.P, Claud

    No problem at least you flagged it up , apparently he was the last veteran who saw combat so there may be someone else alive who served in the Great War but did not see combat ??
