looking for 78th Infantry/ 5th Northants info

Hi guys

As a relative fought in the 78th Infantry at Cassino in the 5th Northants. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction where I could buy some photos/badges/gear for this unit. He was in charge of a motar crew and was Killed at Argenta where he is now buried.

I have two of the Battleaxe arm patches and have also just aquired a small 78th infantry plaque for the wall.

Sorry if this is vague but any help would be great. Ive also been looking for photos of British Mortars at Cassino but havent found a lot sadly

Hello Jim sorry you have not had any response to your post. 78th items are very difficult to find especially Cassino related. My Father was 6th Bn Royal West Kent at Cassino. Try 'saving' a search in ebay it sometimes produces results. Andrew
