Mark Slater scam alert!

Anybody ever done business with this person? I think he is or was a member here.
Reason for asking is because I've been scammed by this person.

He pulled a fast one on me by buying an item, paying through PP, and after I sent him the tracking code he opened a disput on PP. After one day he opened a claim, so PP froze the money. I provided PP with all the documents I have, but they always choose sides for the scammers.
They just say they didn't recieve the item, or that the box was empty.
He (or they) than sent me an e-mail stating I was the loser, because I lost my item and my money.
Not very happy with this, why are there scammers all over the place trying to rip us off?

These are the only details I have, so if anybody knows who they are please comment;

A dodgy looking second hand car dealer with about 5 cars for sale.

He (or they) than sent me an e-mail stating I was the loser, because I lost my item and my money.

Can you forward the email to PP?
I don't know if that will help, but it's worth a try.

I sold the item trough SpecialistAuctions.com Rare, vintage and collectables online auctions
I than recieved a message on another item I had up for sale, stating he had bought it and please package it with care.
I checked my Paypal account, and the item he had posted on was not sold, but he had sent he money for a other object.
So much for seller protection by Paypal or specialistauctions.com
I now recieved an email from Mark Slater ; I have to be very, very careful, because I have no clue who I'am dealing with.
Can I copy/paste the threatening mails I am receiving right now?

Sounds like there is more to this than meets the eye. We have to be careful here: the transaction was not done through this site and the person named has never been a member here and I don't want the emails posted here thanks. It has nothing to do with us. I hope you get it sorted out.

If you have proof of postage PayPal should side with you.
