Is all of the stuff at the Max Show 100% guaranteed to be authentic? Or could there be vendors there selling bogus stuff...?

Charlie Snyder is seen standing behind his tables wearing his dopey brown western? style hat & tan sports coat. Where is his usual vest with the 10,000 stupid pins plastered all over it ?? I also see his table helper Ralph from Erie, PA scratching his neck, or picking his ear.
