I have Spoken with Beth Zentner ..and she has agreed and looks forward to speaking with everyone here on this thread. Im sure it will not only bring a sense of peace to Her...but also to those members who were close with Eric. She will certainly find plenty of support here Larry - from right around the world. She may not have realised just how well liked and respected her husband was in this multinational forum.

Eric ,you threated me like a king when i manage to buy for you some Vichy era pin's here in France.
You sent me,to thank me ,a gift,a collector issue of newly released Beach Boy's "Smile",complete with a shirt poster etc..
I was happy like a kid,and thought "Gosh,there are really good guys on this planet"
All this place is virtual,it's only the net,but i am deeply sadened by this news.
Please Mrs Zentner, accept here the sincere comdoleances of a french guy.

I will raise my glass to his memory this evening,a toast to a very charming man ,on the soil of France.
18 th of June,when he apparently gets his fatal crash,was also my birthday date,so i am bitter.
What time is the funeral?
It will be Saturday at 11am central time US. 4pm london time. Wish we could all attend and honor this great human in person.
