Oh my Paul!! It would be interesting to see what turns up. So much is still under ground from those times. As everyone wanted to forget this war of wars. They covered up a lot. You know out of sight, out of mind.

Gunny: I'm with you, I think it's garbage. The German nuclear fission program was originally under the direction of the Army Ordnance Office which in 1942 decided that nuclear fission would not materially contribute to ending the war. They turned the entire program over to the Reich Research Council, which in turn distributed the project through nine universities. The research was now scattered and without a central authority. There was a reactor of some sort at Heigerloch, but that's about all I know about it, which isn't much. But a secret nuclear research plant under a KZ? Maybe but unlikely for a lot of sound reasons. I think Danmark is closer to the truth. Dwight

I tend to agree that they "might" of been doing this, I only say that because they had there finger in lots of things .

And I do love the "Return to Castle Wolfenstein" games......
