Hello all I'm new to the forum and have really enjoyed looking at everyone's collection!

I need help identifying this "Gas Mask". A friend of mine picked this up for a "relic" dealer and was told it was from WWII but I have not found any pictures or markings to prove so. The oldest I can date this back too is 1961. If you can help me identify, please do!

    Thanks for your help!

Hi, the gas mask that your friend has bought appears to be a post war (1950's/1960's) American ACME "All Purpose Gas Mask". I'm not too sure what variant it is as there is a lot of them, US masks arent really my thing but now you know its actual name the information is probably on the internet somewhere

    Thanks

    Danny
