    Excellent site.
I've visited many times to soak up the forum 'raison d'etre' and find it better than any book or magazine since there are so many authors with different levels of knowledge. I admit to no longer being a collector since I married in '82 but after a recent divorce I found a few forgotten HJ items in one of my boxes!

I collected from the age of eight as did many of my friends back in the sixties when swaps and finds were frequent but much of my German/Nazi stuff ended up in the Cauldon canal when I was twelve thanks to my father. He caught me play-fighting with a longer Officer's dagger (blunted by my uncle) and had a real hissy fit! I have a business friend who is an avid collector and I'll try and get him to allow me to post pics of some of his amazing collection soon.

    Cheers.
    Jaba.

Found this but I guess most will have seen it.

    Hello All,
    Found you by complete accident.
Have been reading threads now for the last few days absolutely fascinating.
I started off collecting anything military 40 years ago and then specialised in Nazi items, although I sold most of them in the last few years to pay bills.
I was in the first Gulf War and have been collecting Iraqi items as I got most of them free. Also interested in the Balkan conflict.
