Owwwwwwwwwwwwwwcccchhhh!
I take it he's right handed? Otherwise it'd be in the other hand. Tried,by accident to cut my right thumb off with a hand saw about 3 yrs ago. I don't recommend it. Stewy S

hi
thanks for the messages, after the opp, they said he is very lucky
as he missed the main parts, but has some nice holes through the bones. his hand is like a ball at the moment, He had just started to drill through an upright metal sheet, put the drill in the pilot hole and it slipped. they had to undo the chuck before taking the bit off,
Wooooo,
dave.
He's lucky mate. Hope he regains full use of his hand
Tom
Hi Tom,
Thanks mate, i think he will be ok now he,s had the news that there isnt any long term damage. but i think he will suffer when he,s older with it, i can gel with stewy, as a retired carpenter & joiner i have opend up my thumb a couple of times with a hard point saw. no fun at all.
dave.
Wish him all the best from us. That was really nasty. I am glad he will be OK.
Cheers, Ade.
