I suppose if the items in question are small and you can collect hundreds without becoming physically swamped then while it IS still obsessive at least it is manageable ...... I have over TWO dozen ww2 US, British and German jerrycans ( as well as my relic helmets and equipment collection ) and THAT starts to become an overcrowding situation .... yet still the odd one catches my eye & I go "hmm, that's tasty"

That, so I am constantly told is obsessive!!!!

    Interesting topic, indeed!

I mean how many of us aren't obsessed with what we are collecting.

I am one of them, an don't think I can stop myself. It's not just :

    1 Helmet
    1 Uniform
    1 Ammo Belt
    1 Canteen
    1 Pair of Trousers
1 Pair of Boots..........on and on.

Different countries have/had produced so many gears.

Each gear have different types, color, shape, modifications....too much choices.
I know it's almost impossible to collect everything. The problem is that I don't have a particular goal, just getting anything that's good for me.

To be easy, it's like I have a mind sickness, and buying military things are medicine for temporary cure. Than I get hungry again.....

However this makes me happy !!!

    Regards,
    Taka
