I actually had a 1966 ex New Zealand army landrover as my first, it was a beast! I remember using the crank to start it, you took your life in your hands but I loved it!

G'day Pete, I had a 1966 ex New Zealand army series 2 as my first, an ex Australian army series 3 as my second, an ex W.A. Government 1994 300tdi as my third and now a defender 90. I haven't owned any other vehicles except landrovers, I tend to keep them a long time, they're great!

I have a German style bar in my house. Instead of a dining room or spare bedroom I made my own Pub. I`m not well off by any stretch of the imagination but over the last couple of years I`ve pieced together my own pub. Darts, fruit machine, Guinness surger, German satellite TV and always at least 5 Bavarian wheat beers in stock. I had my own `Oktoberfest` last year. I even have my own facebook page.

Only thing (a good thing) is that there is no till. Beer is free.
Tonight I had a couple of mates in and there was Beer, Bratwurst and Bockwurst with curry and mustard on the menu. The 3 beers picture was tonight.

If anyone is in my neck of the woods the beer is free
Here is one you might like, but is hard to find, nearly as hard to get as a Westvleteren!

If accepted by the forum staff, I would be happy to offer one for the forum raffle (and hope I don't have to send it to Australia....$£€!).
