Next to militaria I enjoy tugging wrenches on my ’69 Mach 1 Mustang. She's been a slow and steady restoration project that now sits at about 97% complete. If the clear weather holds I may take it out for a final run this weekend before it goes into hibernation . . . sort of. The tools will now come out and the winter weekend project will commence with refurbishing the front steering and suspension. While still original and in pretty good shape, it would benefit with some fresh tire rods, ball joints, etc. So that should bring it close to 100% complete, although car guys know that the work is never really finished on these old beasts! Cheers,Tony
Tony...outstanding Mach 1 ! I take it, its a 351 cubic inch (Cleveland) motor...had several Mustangs here in the U.K. from a 64 1/2 ragtop to a 74' Ghia...one of my favourites was a 69' Sportsdeck ! I will try to find the photographs...you have done a great job of keeping that beast on the road, all credit to you !
    Prost ! Steve.

Nice Mustang !!!! I am not a Ford guy but I do appreciate all of the work
that goes into restoring a car to that level.

    Ralph,
As I've said before-- That's a great old Impala. You are doing a h3ll of a job on it.

    Here is my current project-----

Rarer than an Impala, a big block Caprice.
