Cool--I would have never guessed someone collecting outboard motors.
My grandfather had an old Sea Horse.

I was addicted to the "Hokey-Pokey" but I've turned
myself around.
Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
I believe there are a few collectors of outboards, dont think it's so big here in the UK,I have a couple but they are for my boat lol
A other weak spot of me; old telphones!
Just got these in.
Indeed Ralph - the '57 originally belonged to a friends father and they ran
a family restaurant/marina until about 10 or 12 years ago.
And yes, LOL, they can take up quite a bit of room if you do not have
stands, or use only one stand per motor. Some outboard collectors
place several motors ( 4 or 5 ) side-by-side across a sawhorse
plank - You need a large, uncluttered garage or shed.........!
Regards,
Steve.
LOL - these are all for my 12' boat as well !
Some collectors don't care if they run or not, usually, and they pick them up
reasonably cheap - even the older types from the 1920's or 1930's can go
for $35 up to $100 - though a fisherman will usually pay more
for a good running motor.
Here is one I missed out on recently because I was really looking for a
smaller 5.5HP. Below is an original 10HP in amazing condition from
1958 ( it sold for only $275 ! ). It was made in Waukesha
Wisconsin, USA. I think that year was the best ever
for Johnson outboards - cosmetically speaking.
Should have grabbed it......... !
Regards,
Steve.
Haha!
I missed the outboard motors collection!! I like the old one.
....and the way you diplay them inside the house!!

indeed most phones work! But only to recieve calls.
However one has been transformed to a later periode;
i like old phones to
stuka f. Wow, thought you meant some old(ish) black bakelite telephone (bet you have those too ;-)), but that first one is simply a work of art. What a beautiful thing. Amazing, that this was once a common configuration.
