I have found this badge while metal detecting. I assume it's German. Does anyone know anything about it?

It is not German. It is in fact a Dutch military sports badge.
I have provided a picture for you.
You can compare it with a SA/Wehr sportabzeichen, but this Dutch version is post-war and is still being awarded to this day.
