    I got my best Christmas present today by mail from Germany - Otto Carius book "Tigers in mud" with original signature of the author himself (signed 20 days ago). Otto Carius is one of the few WWII tank acces still lliving in Germany.

    How does one go about getting an autographed copy? Sounds like something awesome to have!

    The NSDAP armband is for me and the Luftwaffe Panzer Cap
    Eagle and Luftwaffe Pilot Badge for my son! Very merry Christmas!

    Well, I just sent his book to him and asked for an autograph. And just after Christmas it was already here. I do not collect KC holders autographs but I like that book and think Otto Carius was a great man. So it was my best Christmas present for years. I will post also a picture:

    i got two US mess tins, and three books which were published during the war called "homefront" , "bomber command"
