    I came across that photo some time ago. I believe they both work and he made them from scratch.

    There are a number of 1/6th Tank models that get displayed at the War and Peace show here in England, all RC and the guns fire, the King Tiger is the largest and the action figures move as well, i believe that a full RC with all sounds and accurate gearing is in the region of £20,000, they move them around the crowds and some squirt water at the kids, however there is one ,the crocodile, that actually is a flame thrower, but the guys are not allowed to show it working in public
