So I read the book ''The Rape of Nanking'' some time ago. I've never read a lot about the Sino-Wars, but the events happening in Nanking interest me. The acts that happened there were conducted in such brutal ways. I think the book was okey, but the writer Iris Chang wrote in much more journalistic way, rather then historic. I wish that it had focused more on the actions and events conducted by the Japanese. Have you fellow members read this book and if so, what are your views on it?
