    A couple of men of note regarding the history of WWII have recently passed away.

    Squadron Leader Tony Iveson DFC was both a Spitfire pilot during the Battle of Britain, and a Lancaster pilot that flew on the Tirpitz raids.

    Manfred Rommel was the only son of Field Marshall Erwin Rommel, and a witness to his last moments on earth.
