I have just been notified, by a person who baught nearly all the relics I had, that relic fire weapons are not allowed by US customs anymore and would be confiscated...
That is a pitty I think.
The Netherlands don't allow possesion of them eighter. It won't take long before we will have a smillar law....

I haven't heard or read about any new Federal blanket regulations against the importation of relic firearms. The existing regulations against specific types of firearms, i.e. fully automatic, functioning, weapons have been in effect for a long time. Does anyone have any information regarding new regulations? Dwight

Exactly right.
Read the forum rules and you will discover that any political discussions or threads which lead in that direction will be closed and/or deleted. In this case I will delete the political posts and we can start again.
More arguments and fallings out start over politics and religion than any other topic.
Even wars have started over these things!

We are still able to import de-acts, but the price and hassle involved really make it extremely difficult.
