The Second World War collectors cards.

I dug these out of the wardrobe the other day and was wondering did anybody else collect these cards. They came out around 1978-79 and were sent out in packs of 25 (I think) every 2-4 weeks. I have nearly 2200 of the estimated 2500 to collect,but coming near the end of the series I found myself becoming more interested in other things like chasing skirt.

That works out being more expensive than collecting militaria and you always feel more disappointed when you find fakes.........

Chasing shirts cost too much.You have to be really carful for the fake ones they can be pricey.

Its like collecting militaria it takes awhile to sort out the fakes from originals.

I remember those cards! Wish I had collected them but I was a busy soldier at the time.....chasing German skirt !
