I was offered this by a dealer neither he nor I have a clue what this badge is, does any recognize it sorry this is the only picture I have it is a 2 piece badge that has a screw on the back, along with a pin

If the dealer hasn't a clue what it is you'd be best to avoid it. It's sort of their job to know what they're selling.
