Picked this up at a military surplus shop in New Mexico cause it looked cool, My mother said the language might be Dutch but I'm not sure what it is. If anyone knows what country of origin I'd be highly thankful. I know it most likely has some harmful stuff built into it so I don't plan on ever using it for any reason at all.

The markings on it are Dutch like your mother thought, as to what mask it belongs to I'm unsure. It almost looks like a 40mm version of a Belgian L.702 filter.

    Thanks
