US WW2 coordinates with 8 digits...

Hello dear Gentlemen!
My question is simple.
I know how to deal with the 6-digits coordinates to spot areas.
But the hell with the 8-digits!!!How can i use them????
They are frequent in the US artillery after action reports and seem to be extremely accurate,but,sob sob sob,i cannot translate them.....
Please help me and i send you a 6-weeks-aged Camembert,héhéhé....

How??I don't know....I'm 0/20 in geometry and maths,i always use the coordinates translator on my pc,and you can only use 6 digits,héhéhé..
