Hello again. The war merit crosses are absolutely some of my favourite looking awards so I was looking to get 'The War Merit Cross by Gordon Williamson. How well do you reccommend this source? Is there anything you would reccomend instead?

There maybe another post higlighting the best books to get when starting off but I may as well hijack onto this one. What are some of the best books you reccomend for the beginner? if I can consider myself that I don't know maybe I haven't enough enough books yet. I am primarily concernced with 3rd Reich orders and decorations however I have some interests in equiptment and insignia.

    Thanks!

    It’s a pretty good book!

It was my first reference book.

A good online reference source for these medals is
    Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Klasse - War Merit Cross 2nd Class - EK1-DNA
