Patrick, tread very very carefully. As mentioned above, not the place to venture if you don't know what you're buying. There are many fakes and dodgy dealers there.
My advice to you would be to keep well away.

There will always be a diamond in a garbage heap
but i will tread carefully and not buy anything unless i am 100% sure of it.

Your first sentance is very true, however, given the nature of the site, I wouldn't trust I would get the exact item I bid on. For example, you might bid on an original EK and a fake one turns up in the post. It's happened before.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Wise words indeed. From that particular gargage heap, I believe that any "diamond" may unfortunately be made of glass.
