    Well, You can make a snowman when it is around -2 till -5C but it is much harder to make it when it is -20 or -25C. Some years ago some locals in Estonia made a Tiger tank - Snow Tiger on 1:1. I belive you can find a link in youtube.

    Actually....as I was writing that I heard a loud rumbling sound, looked out the study window and saw all the snow off the roof come crashing past the window. It's now 3 foot deep outside my house.
