Hey Steve. I received my copy from Dwight last week and I'm almost done with it. It's very interesting! Awesome read!

Currently working my way through this one. It's a very detailed read, 100 pages in and hardly a shot been fired yet but I sure know a lot more now about the lead up to the conflict, the players and political forces involved etc. The book does well to dispel the myth that all nation's populations enthusiastically embraced the declaration of war and instead brings to life the feeling of despair and inevitability as events came to a head.

Just got this in the mail, was reading "Young men and Fire" by Norman McLean, and just like me, started reading the new book, and as much as McLean grew on me, it'll probably be a while before I get back to it. Of course, I've got several other unfinished books laying around the house, which I've "paused" reading. Still need to finish Tinker Tailor, and that's from about 5 years ago...

This new book starts out very well, I think it's going to be a page turner! Too bad I can only get 15 minutes at bedtime to read.

I heard it is also available in English.
