Hrrrr, creepy! Thanks for the link! I wonder where the helmet is now...
The pistol that hitler used to pop his clogs.
I think it was a walther ppk?....must be hidden away in russia somewhere.
If I recall correctly, the pistol can be seen on one of the images taken by the Russians inside the bunkers, the one with the soldiers kneeling over the couch with lighters as their only source of light. Blood stains can also be seen.
Wonder what happened to it........surley one of the reds took it....very hard to prove after all these years
This beauty....A Supermarine Spitfire Ia in flying condition, as this one is, and a shed load of flying lessons......And an unlimited supply of 100 octane.
Yeah baby, YEAH!!!!!
'I do not think we can hope for any better thing now.
We shall stick it out to the end, but we are getting weaker of course, and the end cannot be far.
It seems a pity, but I do not think I can write more. R. SCOTT.
Last Entry - For God's sake look after our people.'
In memory of Capt. Robert Falcon Scott, Edward Wilson, Henry Bowers, Lawrence Oates and Edgar Evans. South Pole Expedition, 30th March 1912.
I could write a list that would make Santa's eyes pop out, but instead, I shall offer one item that I wouldn't choose if I could only select one item, but it would nevertheless be of great interest. Blondi's lead. Or a U-Boat...or Hitler's visors...or a King Tiger...or a...well, you get the picture...
p.s. Nice thread
Well, I suppose one of these helmets would be nice........

Andy

A relic Lahti or PTRS in relatively good condition would just about float my boat.
