    Harps have always facinated me. Always loved to have one for the shop, but it never work out!

    im a firefighter in jersey,despite the small island we get our fair share of fires......
    This is me at a bungalow fire in the summer,it was 30degs C before i put on my kit..........

    Did that for 8 years as volunteer,when I was young and fit.
    Also like to collect fireman memorabilia!

    As a lot of you already know, I split my time between working as a high school history teacher, AND working at the family recycling business/ saving militaria from the landfills.

    Some of my students with my militaria (yes, yes... I know... the grenade and bayonet were a bad idea. )


    Some Latin students I shared my Ancient Roman coins with


    I gave them each an ancient coin to keep!


    And here w have the recycling facility. My father started me as a laborer and operator, but now I'm the weigh master and one of the office managers.

    Its like antique rifles, the handmade stuff is more valuable and collectable than the mass produced ones, lol.
