for starters i would complain about the postman, and secondly if they say its been signed for ask for a copy of the signature as no one in your house has signed for it.

it may just be delayed with any luck
Id say its just been caught up at what has to be the worst time for sending anything here or abroad and is probably just delayed in the sheer volume of parcels being sent at this time which must run into many millions worldwide. Give it another week or so and see if it shows up if not id chase up the Royal Mail! Regards, Tim.

Its also worth checking at your local post office that they havent tried to deliver it already.Sometimes they dont bother with a 'while you were out' card.

It does take quite a while for overseas delivery. I waited for over a month
and a half for a package from the UK, which finally arrived. Usually takes
    only ten days from England.

It is a criminal offence to mess with the mail. That Postie should
be fired for being so careless with it and tossing it to the
ground. Have you had a beef with him recently ?
    Regards,

    Steve.

Where I live we get different a different postman almost each time, but assuming you get the same one it should be easy to identify him and report him to his superiors. He gets paid to do something and he's quite clearly not doing it, if I was in your position I would try to catch him in the act and tell him what I think of what he's doing.

    Thanks

    Danny

I would not approach the man because if and when you start with him,
he's liable to freak out and damage not only the mail, but possibly
other pieces of property as well. Best not to get him riled up,
but go directly to his superiors - they know his route.

These guys are probably in a Union and make darn good money,
but it's tough for management to weed out the rotten apples
that make the rest look bad.
    Regards,

I would suggest maybe taking a video? Hard to deny.
