Would You Buy This Grouping?

Hi everyone,

I'm posting some pics of an interesting grouping with paperwork that a dealer has up for sale. He seems pretty reputable based on past dealings with him, but I'm seeking opinions on the authenticity of the items, and if they are worth the investment (he's asking $367 but would take $312). I'm currently researching the makers marks on the forum and other sources but could use expert advice. As shown in the pics, these have some condition issues. The clasp on the infantry assault badge is broken and the buckle has some rust. Something else I've wondered about -- the items are not listed on the declaration form, but I'm not sure that was always the case. Thanks for any help you can provide.
