    The wife is a professional photographer-went to school out East and all for it. Today, she uses a Nikon L110. For every day shooting, she uses a little Nikon Coolpix 7600. Sure beats the Hell out of My poor efforts.
    That is a fantastic camera. Professional Photographer/Nikon.....enough said really. The Coolpix 510 is one of the latest in the range.

    Nice shots Adrian! Are the shots of the militaria in natural light or indoor lighting? I'm struggling to get good indoor pics and was looking for a hint.

    I use a Canon 1000D of which I'm very satisfied. Takes beautiful and bright pictures I must say. Good buddy to join you everywhere. If you're looking for a real portrait champion, I really advise it!

    I finally made my choice.
    The small compact cam's are to small for me ( big hands!), I like camera's working on AA battery's (easy to change when down!) so it became;
    a Samsung WB100 at 170 €

    I am going to make my first shots in a minute.
    A fine gadget that recently came up is the wifi card that makes it possible to download your pic's without a wire! Great novelity that is to me.
    I keep on loosing those attributes!
    Coming up next with some pic's.
    cheers
