Most desired fantasy acquisitions would be Erwin Rommel's Generalfeldmarschall baton and Pour Le Merite as well as Goring's Reichsmarschall visor and Grand Gross.

Realistic acquisition that's still fantasy to me would be a Waffen SS visor.

This is Goring's Grand Gross, it is Platinum with a Black Onyx centre (broken) One of two that he had made and I had it at my neck! It was sold in auction in 2003 in Germany.
