Trust the Daily Mail to reference back to the blitz, but they could try and be vaguely factual. The army are currently installing air defence systems in 6 sites around London to deal with a potential 911 type attack during the Olympics. The Daily Mail, in it's usual lack of thought way have posted the following picture with the capition

"Anti-aircraft guns similar to those being used to protect the Olympic Games are seen in action in England during World War Two"..

Similar??? I know there have been cutbacks in defence spending but surely we aren't so skint that we have dragged out the old 3.7inch AA guns from storage?
