Any information on these posters?

Hello! I am new to this group and super excited to be here!

I have always had a fascination with history, specifically WW2, ever since my grandfather passed on a Mauser rifle when I was a young girl. Over the years I have collected small bits of propaganda, but I did pick up a few new posters this weekend. Both came out of a 1941 issue of Fortune and I haven't come across theme before, other than a reproduction of the labor one.

Do you have any additional information on either pieces? Thank you!
