    any details of what bomb group he was in and where he was stationed??

    My apologies for not getting back sooner. He was stationed at Thurleigh, near Bedford, north of London; 306th B.Grp., 423rd squadron. Best Regards, Hal

    I especially like the citation for the Oak Leaf Cluster !
