Default B-24 Photographs (AAF Photo thread)

I got these a while back and just got them out of their old broken frames for fear of them getting ruined. I plan on re-framing them after I get a chance to scan them they are about 8x10 and original. Any help researching the names would be appreciated they are hard to make out....
I would like to start a this as a thread dedicated to Army Air Force pictures for reference so please post them if you have any even if you already have.

These came out of a grouping of a vets that was stationed in Italy I could not afford the rest...
I could not imagine these in color let alone being on one in the 1940s

    Hi Ben,

The top photo is of a B-24 J of one of four squadrons of the 90th Bombardment Group of the Fifth Air Force under General George C. Kenney, commanded by Colonel Art Rogers were known as the Jolly Rogers in the Phillippines. Easily distinguished by the white skull and crossed bombs, from 1943, the four squadrons all displayed the insignia on the twin tail fins of their B-24 heavy bombers with different colour backgrounds for each squadron.

The 319th's tail fin background was blue, the 320th's red, the 321st, green, and the 400th, black. The skull and crossed bombs remains the heritage insignia of the group's successor, the 90th Operations Group. It's not possible for me to narrow down the squadron from this photo, but I'm sure you may find it in a search as the pic is regularly seen.

    Regards, Ned.

It looks like the Red Hot Riden Hood was a popular cartoon in 1943 thus this plane was named after it

Here is my source RED-HOT RIDEN-HOOD III (PIC 1)

It appears I have a copy of the picture but it looks period? Were they mass produced or is it possible its one of the original copies?
