No idea on the Regiment but I can see he has the Mons bar on the 1914 star...What are the other two I wonder?(first two)
the DSO and Military Cross.regiment might be Kings Dragoons or a guards reg.
A brave guy with long war service. Not often we see court mounted medals this early. I suppose you checked the back of the photo?

Most likely to be the 87th Royal Irish Fusiliers IMO as the collar badge includes the fusil grenade, the first British regiment to capture a French imperial eagle.
