Great stuff !! How do you preserve them?
"In all my years as a soldier, I have never seen men fight so hard." - SS Obergruppenfuhrer Wilhelm Bittrich - Arnhem
Fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I have a book of Dr. Seuss' WWII cartoons.
Glad you's like them . And nick the only way I can stop them from falling apart is to but them in acid proof plastic covers . Like my old comic books.
I'd be busy for hours reading that lot. Interesting stuff.
Hi again talking about how I preserve my newspaper articles made me remember I have some old US war time comics .what I like about them is it really shows when america started to show interest in the ww2 . first is action comics june 1938 . Nothing about war in it at all . then flash comics may-june 1943 little to nothing mentioned . then Fall issue of worlds finest is full of propaganda etc etc ... check it out ... I got these locally off an old boy that is no longer with us about 15yrs ago . Apparently these can be quiet valuable in good condition . mine are probably not though . they are pretty ratty . but hey they are a great read ... hope you's enjoy
