need help translation on award

On the Award for the Iron Cross 2nd Class it reads:
Im Namen des Fürers
und Obersten Befehlshabers
der Wehracht
verleihe ich
dem
(rank,name,unit)
das
Eiserne Kreuz 2.Klasse
Div. Gef. Stand, den 29 June 1940 the last line

I would like the translation for the abreavations on the last line (Div. Gef. Stand)

Division – in the army and air force a military formation, in the navy either a sub-unit of a squadron or trainings units of battalion size.
Divisionsarzt – medical officer of a division.
Divisionskommandeur – commanding officer of a division, typically a General officer. In the imperial army this was the post of a Generalleutnant.


gefallen (gef.) – fallen, killed in action

Standarte – SS unit equivalent to a regiment
Standort – garrison
Standortältester – garrison commander

My guess is something like.... Division. Killed in action on 29 June 1940.
