    Default Observer Corps - Rota.

My grandad during the war was unable to join the army as he had suffered a nast injury whilst working on a farm so instead he joined the observer corps.
He was based around Cherry Willingham in Lincolnshire. Passed on I have his photo and timetable plus a record of dates when he worked. Also I have a book on no 11 group R.O.C in which is his picture and details of where his posts were as well as a group picture. This was printed in 1946.

An important, but now almost forgotten service. Thanks for showing these documents.

    Cheers, Ade.
