Hello and merry belated Christmas and happy new year!!!! Here is a small news article from when my Grand Father enlisted for WW2. This was news worthy for a small town near London, Ontario Canada. All the best.

Here is one I've had a while, but am unsure of when the pic was taken.
Maybe someone with a knowledge of vehicle markings may be able to assist?
Although, I am not sure if that is even possible.

    Brad.

Hi Brad, the "651" on blue/red background is a Royal Artillery tactical marking. The other insignia is for the British 1st Inf Div.

Humber Armoured Car by the way.

    Cheers, Ade.

    From what I gather it's a Humber MkI/MkII.

    Brad.

    Just joined the forum.

Love all the photos. Here's one of my Grandfather (Sgt Malcolm Harkness, 32 Royal Marine Btn) taken in Kiel, June 1945 entitled "Back From Patrol" He's second from the right.

Russian ground crew." The portrait of the tanker came with the card as shown. The airman could be a teenager...I hope he survived.
