Stumbled upon this little 3x3 inch framed picture of two American Officers in what I presume is the Philippines. Neat little find I think. Any information as to whom these Gents were would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your interest.

This is more likely after further research to be a photo from the Philippine-American War of 1899-1902.
