What are you calling the disability cert...the top discharge cert?

Yes, it says he was disabled and discharged. However, I am happy to call it a discharge certificate if you feel thats more appropriate.

I cant see the disabled bit on my ipad...i have one somewhere in the office but it's buried, forgotten whats on it..ta.
