Picked up this paybook for George Smith from WW1. Some time later in 1936 when he was a local cop, he shot and killed a notorious killer and bank robber Red Ryan in a failed robbery attempt of a liquor store.

Picked up this paybook for George Smith from WW1. Some time later in 1936 when he was a local cop, he shot and killed a notorious killer and bank robber Red Ryan in a failed robbery attempt of a liquor store.
To bad it does not have the "Keep Your Mouth Shut" Order glued to the back cover
These were glued into the inside back cover just before the Last Hundred Days
