I cannot say I recognise him? But I don't think it is Gable, too slim in the face, plus he appears to wear Naval Aviators wings. Gable was USAAF.

    Cheers, Ade.

How about Tyrone Power? I think he flew DC-3's over 'The Hump' during WW2.

    Fingers crossed, Ned.

Clark Gable was my guess as well. He was a Captain but in the army i believe. So as Ade stated he has wings.

It's not Jimmy Stewart as well. The facial definitions don't match.

    This is a good quiz.

Ya know Tyrone Powers is a good guess. I was named after him by my parents. From the picture it does resemble him but i can't be positive.

Ok, i need to know ??????

    rgds, Tyrone
