I hit a really good estate sale this weekend and got this signed photo and a copy of a book signed that the pilot author wrote . he is credited for destroying 7 aircraft and completed his 50 missions . He was also shot down captured and escaped . Cant wait to read the book Gary

Looks a very interesting read. There were many autobiography books written by veterans of all the services in the 1950's and '60s. Mostly they were never reprinted and now long forgotten.
