Anniversary book with dedication

Today I received this book with handwritten dedication in the front. It is a photobook from the 40 year anniversary in 1985 dedicated to Boris for his 80th birthday if I am correct. This means Boris was born in 1905. Is someone able to find info on Boris just by his name and probable date of birth (19 may 1905??)? It would be very interesting to find out where this Boris served.

Yes not obvious, this one has been published in France 2 years after the original edition.

Thanks a lot. Will try to find this book. I have many books from Artem, all very good and a must for Soviet militaria collectors.

Edit: I checked my bookshelves and the book mentioned above I already have as well. Very good book with nice rare photograps indeed
