Obverse:
The Death of Stalin Saves Russia!
With one pass to the side of the German troops can
go unlimited number of commanders and fighters!
Stalin's order about the persecution of families shifting to
our side of commanders and fighters is not.
The German command does not publish the captives' prisoners.
So do not be afraid of Stalin's intimidation.
PASS
The presenter of this moves to the side
German Armed Forces.
German officers and soldiers will
walking a good reception will feed him and
arrange for work.
Switch side German troops
it is possible and without a pass: We are in this case also
we guarantee a good reception.
Reverse:
Commanders & Troops
Red Army!
Your situation is hopeless.
Closer & closer the iron ring around you German troops.
You do not have enough ammunition, supplies & food,
your rulers and leaders are incapable of anything, they run
leaving you to the mercy of fate.
Many of you have still been oppressed by the government and deprived
all rights, now it uses you to protect
its own regime.
Your struggle is useless!
It is permissible, that your bosses out of stubbornness
Still mercilessly drove you to death?
No – you, your life is dear! Save it for
a better future for your families.
Go Germans – There is waiting for you
Treatment (recourse?) and livelihood, as well as an early return
home.
Red Army!
Commanders!
Political Workers!
Hurry up!
The Germans in the areas they are already engaged in are already beginning to resolve the issue of the land.
Red Army Men, do not be late, otherwise you will be left without lands!
Great, thanks Guys !
I have to wonder just how many soldiers were foolish enough to trust the Germans and their promises. About the only bit that is believable is the "Arrange for work" for the soldier who surrendered to them part-that is, if they didn't simply shoot them as they walked up, of course.

At that time many Germans were foolish enough to trust the promises of the Austrian Autobahn builder too...In the frist years of the Great Patriotic War the Russians were overrun by the German tanks. Often two soldiers had to share one rifle, forced by NKVD officers and didnt have enough food too. In that situation you would believe anything to survive. After war the Russians, who survived in the German POW and concentration camps had a bad fate, cause Stalin deemed, that these people were dastards and most of them have to go to Gulags and could not celebrate the Victory over Germany with their comrades.
Here is a good documentation of the Russian POW soldiers after war. Unfortunately just in German language:

True...the poor guys just couldn't win for losing whatever way they turned. Slave labor or death in a German camp if you surrendered, and if you somehow survived and lived to the end of the war, off you went to the Gulag for a ten year stretch in the salt mines...
